Serial converter allowing peripheral devices with an IP address (such as the MultilinkNet access control) to be connected via an Ethernet network. In this way, the access control can also be interrogated from a remote PC via the local network or via the Internet. It is equipped with a 9-pin DB connector for serial line RS232 - 422 - 485 selectable via dip switch and an 8-pin plug connector for connection to the network.
